Program for Business Plan Applicants)의 변경 사항입니다.

2010년 2월 5일부터 캐나다
뉴브런즈윅 주 사업이민은 CDN$75,000 의 사업 예치금을 본 서류(NOMINATION) 제출 시에 추가 되어 시행 됩니다.
기존의 사업, 매니져 경력, 현지 답사, 자산 및 영어 인텨뷰 과정들은 동일하며 ? 정착 이후 2년 내에 사업을 시작하면, 1년
동안 사업 운영을 한 후에 예치금 CDN$ 75,000 을 환급 받을 수 있습니다. 사업 투자금은 최소 CDN$ 125,000
이상 되야 합니다.

자격요건 및 필수조항

기본자격 관련

Applicants will be asked to provide more detailed information about their management experience in the preliminary application and during the interview in New Brunswick.
예비신청서와 더불어 답사 인터뷰 시에도 보다 자세하고 깊이 있는 신청자의 관리경력(management experience)의
증빙이 더욱 요구될 것입니다.

답사내용

Applicants will be required to take more responsibility for their understanding of New Brunswick and the local business environment. Their commitment to ongoing research will be evaluated during the interview in New Brunswick and in follow-up materials.
뉴브런즈윅 답사시에 현지 사업환경에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 바탕으로 적극적이고 구체적인 사업체 조사를
이행하고 그 내용과 자료에 대해 인터뷰시 평가를 받게 될 것입니다.

답사일수

Applicants will be required to visit New Brunswick for a period of no less than five (5) business days to conduct extensive research. The mandatory interview in New Brunswick will not be included in the five (5) business days.
보다 구체적인 사업체 조사를 위해 평일 5일간의 답사 일정(인터뷰 당일 제외)이 필수입니다(예전과 동일)

사업계획서 관련

Applicants will submit a business plan or business proposal that is deemed to be of economic benefit to New Brunswick. The business plan will include details on how an applicant will develop and operate a specific business. A business proposal may be submitted as an alternative to a formal business plan in cases where applicants need more time to explore business opportunities.
뉴브런즈윅 주에 경제적 이익 창출을 기대할 수 있는 상세한 정식 사업계획서(Business Plan)또는 사업제안서(Business
Proposal)의 형태로 제출해야 합니다.

자산관련

Applicants will prove they have a verified personal net worth of at least CDN$300,000.00.
최소 캐나다 달러 30만불 이상의 개인 순자산을 증빙해야 합니다.

영어인터뷰 관련

Applicants will demonstrate English and/or French language ability during the interview in New Brunswick.
영어 또는 불어로 뉴브런즈윅 이민관과의 인터뷰를 해야 합니다(예전과 동일)

Applicants will make a CDN$75,000.00 conditionally refundable deposit prior to nomination. The business must be established within two (2) years of the Nominee landing in New Brunswick and have been operated and actively managed by the Nominee for a period of one (1) before application for refund can be submitted. The deposit is fully refundable if all conditions are met. The minimum investment in the business is CDN$125,000.00.
신규 변경사항인 조건부 예치금 C$75,000제도- 주정부 승인전에 예치금을 납입하고
영주권자로서 뉴브런즈윅 주에 랜딩한 시점부터 2년 이내에 사업을 시작해야 하며, 1년간 적극적인 사업 운영을 한 후에야 예치금을
전액 환급받을 수 있습니다. 사업 투자금은 최소 캐나다달러 12만5천불 이상이어야 합니다.

Program changes apply to all requests for exploratory visits postmarked after February 5, 2010.
프로그램의 변경된 사항은 2010년2월5일자 이후 우편소인이 찍힌 Exploratory visit application
(답사 및 인터뷰 요청 예비서류)부터 적용됩니다.
